Athletic Republic delivers on-field success through our unique combination of science-based performance training protocols, proprietary equipment and technology, and the education and experience of our highly qualified trainers.

Meet The Owners

Dave Woods

Dave Woods brings over 20 years of experience in sales, business development, and football coaching to his role as Owner and General Manager at Athletic Republic North Dallas. With a history of coaching at various levels—including Good Shepherd Middle School and universities like Michigan and Cornell—Dave’s passion for athletic excellence is deeply rooted. His own sports achievements include completing Ironman races and earning All-Ivy honors at Cornell University, where he also studied nutrition and exercise science. Dave’s approach to training emphasizes teamwork, dedication, and family values, all of which he practices both on the field with his sons and within the Athletic Republic community.

Vince Chase

Vincent’s life-long involvement in sports, highlighted by his success in high school football and subsequent play at SMU, has culminated as a owner and the head Trainer of Athletic Republic North Dallas. His professional journey includes efforts to reach the NFL and several years of learning biomechanics at an Athletic Republic facility, setting the stage for his dream to own a franchise. Now a Level 3 certified Athletic Republic Trainer, Vincent is dedicated to enhancing sports performance in the North Dallas community. Married to Bri Chase, with whom he has five children, Vincent also enjoys coaching youth football and running a 7v7 football program. Vincent is the current wide receivers coach for the 5peat state champions Parish Episcopal Panthers.

Our Highly-Qualified Trainers

Our trainers are passionate professionals who bring together extensive knowledge, specialized backgrounds, and hands-on experience to deliver extraordinary training experiences for both competitive athletes and fitness-minded adults.

Their expertise spans from advanced sports performance protocols to personalized fitness coaching, ensuring every client receives the guidance they need to achieve their specific goals.

Our training team’s credentials are impressive across the board. Many have competed or coached at high levels in various sports, while others bring extensive experience in adult fitness and conditioning.

Most hold professional certifications (CSCS, ACSM, NASM) and/or degrees in exercise science, biomechanics, or athletic training. Additionally, our sports performance trainers complete Athletic Republic’s three comprehensive certification levels in biomechanics, exercise physiology, exercise science, and program adaptation.
